Our story
Before Love Horizons, there was already this place
We have known this apartment for twenty years. Its light, its height, its perspectives and that very particular feeling of having Rennes at your feet.
Love Horizons did not begin with a search for a property in which to create a love room. It began with a place we already knew, and the conviction that it could become something more.
We wanted to create an experience for two.
The place
Twenty years above Rennes
Love Horizons is located in the Tour des Horizons, one of the most recognisable silhouettes on the Rennes skyline.
Designed by architect Georges Maillols, its distinctive twin cylindrical towers have been part of the cityscape for decades.
So when we decided to transform the apartment, we were not discovering the place for the first time. We already knew how the light changed throughout the day, the views across the city and that constant feeling of living slightly above everyday life.
The idea
Creating more than a beautiful apartment
We wanted to imagine a place designed entirely for two.
An elegant, intimate and sensory space able to change atmosphere as the evening unfolds.
A place where you could simply enjoy the private spa and the view, but also be surprised by spaces, lighting and features that reveal themselves gradually.
The transformation
Every detail needed to create a feeling
For several months, we worked with skilled craftsmen on the spaces, materials, colours, lighting and equipment.
Every part of the suite needed a purpose, but also needed to create a sensation.
The light
The lighting was designed almost as a stage setting, allowing the atmosphere of the suite to evolve throughout the evening.
The features
Whirlpool bath, hammam, furniture, technology and sensual features were integrated as parts of one coherent experience.
The space
Nothing was meant to feel like a catalogue of amenities. The suite needed to remain fluid, elegant and genuinely comfortable to live in.
The guiding idea
The view was never meant to be just scenery.
It had to become part of the experience.
The city, the height and the light remain present throughout the stay. We also wanted to preserve an element of surprise: some spaces and possibilities only truly reveal themselves once the door is closed.

Two worlds, one place
Love Horizons is probably our most personal creation.
It grew from two very different sensibilities coming together in a single project.

Style · Image · Interior design
A personal shopper and personal stylist, Nafi works with a discerning clientele in the worlds of fashion and image. She imagined and created the interior design of Love Horizons: a feminine, elegant and sensory space. Her work can be discovered at Style by Nafi .
Frédéric
Design · Technology · Music
An entrepreneur in renewable energy and an electronic music producer, Frédéric led the design and technical development of the suite: lighting scenarios, equipment, automation and its musical environment.
August 2025
The doors open
Love Horizons welcomed its first couples in August 2025.
Since then, every stay has added a small part to the story of Love Horizons.
