Love Horizons - Code of Elegance

Love Horizons is a private suite designed exclusively for two adults.

We invite you to enjoy the property, its equipment and atmosphere fully, while respecting the apartment, its installations and the residential building.

Immediate payment

When you choose immediate payment by bank card, your booking is registered immediately and final confirmation follows validation.

Pre-booking by bank transfer

Where deferred payment is offered, the pre-booking must be paid by bank transfer within 5 days.

If payment is not received within this period, the dates may be made available again.

The identity of both guests staying at Love Horizons must be verified before arrival.

A valid identity document may be requested for each guest. Where necessary, a short selfie video with the identity document may also be requested to confirm that the details match.

In the event of an inconsistency, unverifiable identity or a clear mismatch, access to the suite may be refused.

Security deposit

An €800 bank pre-authorisation is required before arrival.

This is not a payment: no amount is charged when the security deposit is placed.

If no amount remains outstanding and no damage is identified, the pre-authorisation is released at the end of its validity period, subject to your bank's processing times.

Standard check-in is available from 3 pm.

Check-out must take place before 11 am.

Late check-out until 1 pm may be available for €50, by prior request and subject to availability.

Practical arrival instructions and access arrangements are sent before your stay.

Love Horizons is strictly intended for a maximum of two adults.

Outside visitors, additional guests, parties, gatherings or events involving several people are not permitted.

The two people present in the suite must correspond to the declared and verified guests.

Love Horizons is intended for private stays between consenting adults.

Use of the accommodation in connection with prostitution, procuring, sexual exploitation or any other unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

Where circumstances indicate a clear use of the property contrary to its intended purpose, access or the stay may be terminated and the competent authorities may be contacted where circumstances justify it.

Love Horizons is located in an occupied residential building. The peace of neighbouring residents must therefore be respected throughout your stay.

Music and conversations must remain at a reasonable level, particularly in the evening and at night.

An acoustic sensor continuously measures sound levels in dB(A). It does not record conversations or audio content.

The residence also has a security presence.

In the event of significant, repeated or persistent disturbance following a warning, the stay may be terminated.

Smoking inside Love Horizons is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes and shisha.

The balcony may be used for smoking and an ashtray is provided.

Throwing cigarette butts or any other object from the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Pets are not permitted at Love Horizons.

This rule helps preserve the hygiene of the suite and limit allergy risks.

Whirlpool bath

The water level must reach approximately 10 cm above the jets before they are switched on.

Do not use foam, oils, bath salts or any other product not specifically intended for the equipment.

The water in the whirlpool bath is renewed for each bath.

Hammam

Please follow the instructions provided in the suite and stop using the hammam if you feel uncomfortable.

Love Horizons equipment must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided in the suite.

In particular, avoid using too many high-power electrical appliances at the same time.

Do not dismantle, move or alter any fixed equipment, technical installation or safety device.

On arrival, if you notice any damage, faulty equipment or discrepancy with the inventory, please notify us within 2 hours of arrival.

Any items available in the suite that are not included in the price of your stay must be paid for before departure.

In the event of unpaid consumption, the corresponding amount may be charged against the security deposit.

Where this adjustment results in banking or administrative costs, a €12 processing fee may be added.

In the event of damage, only the actual cost of repair, restoration or replacement may be charged, with supporting evidence where applicable.

Cancellation

Up to 15 days before the arrival date, cancellation is eligible for a 100% refund.

Less than 15 days before arrival, amounts already paid are non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show, no refund is provided.

Changes

A request to change the booking may be made up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability.

Where a credit is granted, it is valid for 6 months.

Exceptional circumstances

In the event of force majeure or a duly documented exceptional circumstance, the situation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Each guest remains responsible for their use of the suite's equipment and for following safety instructions.

Love Horizons cannot be held responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen or left behind in the suite or in the common areas of the residence.

If you leave something behind, please contact us promptly. Where the item is found, return shipping may be arranged at the guest's expense.

We designed Love Horizons as a space where you can feel free, provided that this freedom remains compatible with respect for the property, its equipment and the people living around you.

We ask that you leave the suite in a reasonable condition and tell us openly about any incident that occurs during your stay.
