Welcome to your Love Room, Love Horizons. We’ve designed this space as an intimate, elegant, and relaxing escape. To preserve the exceptional experience you came for, please kindly respect the following rules:
• Please use the amenities (hammam, balneo tub, furniture, technology) with care and according to the provided instructions.
• The furniture is high-end and delicate. Please avoid any damage that could compromise the quality of the space.
• The Love Room is strictly limited to 2 adult guests.
• Any additional person, even temporarily, is strictly prohibited.
Love Horizons is a private place intended for romantic stays between two consenting adults.
Any form of prostitution, escorting, paid appointment or similar activity is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, in the shared areas of the building and in its immediate surroundings.
In accordance with French law, using the services of prostitution is punishable by a fine and legal proceedings.
In practice:
• Any booking that suggests this type of use (profile, specific requests, logistical organisation, etc.) may be refused or cancelled.
• If such use is established or strongly suspected during the stay, the stay may be immediately terminated with no refund.
• A report may be made to the booking platform and/or to the competent authorities.
• The apartment is strictly non-smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha).
• A balcony with an ashtray is available for smoking outside only.
• Any smell of smoke inside (tobacco, shisha, heavy vaping) may result in a €80 flat fee for deodorising / extra cleaning, charged against the security deposit.
• Throwing cigarette butts or any object from the balcony is strictly forbidden. Beyond the lack of respect, it creates a real fire risk.
• In line with French regulations on the smoking ban in enclosed spaces, such behaviour may also lead to a fine if officially recorded.
• For fire-safety reasons, personal candles are not allowed.
• The apartment is strictly non-smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs).
• A balcony equipped with an ashtray is available exclusively for outdoor smoking.
• Any suspicion or smell of smoke upon inspection may result in an €80 deduction from the security deposit.
• Throwing cigarette butts or any object from the balcony is strictly forbidden. It may lead to serious consequences.
• For fire safety reasons, personal candles are prohibited. Only those provided by us are allowed.
Professional cleaning is included in your stay. However, before leaving, please:
• Leave the kitchen area clean: table, sink, and countertop wiped.
• Place used dishes in the dishwasher (products provided).
• Dispose of your trash using the designated bags.
• Turn off the lights and leave the space in overall good condition.
In case of excessive mess or damage, additional cleaning charges may be deducted from the deposit.
Included for your comfort:
• Premium bed linen
• Soft towels and quality bathrobes
• Carefully selected shower gel and shampoo
• Waterproof PVC bed sheet and disposable massage sheets
• The apartment is very well soundproofed. However, please keep a moderate noise level after 10 PM.
• A noise sensor is installed (alert threshold: 65 dB) to prevent prolonged disturbances.
• Standard check-in: from 3 PM
• Standard check-out: before 11 AM
(A €50 late check-out until 1 PM is available upon request.)
For specific requests or DayUse options, contact us directly (available on request only).
• A €800 security deposit is required via bank imprint (not charged).
• A digital check-in will also be required to verify your identity and that of your partner.
• Both must be completed by 10 AM on the day of arrival, or the booking will be cancelled.
• A check-in inventory will be provided upon arrival. In case of disagreement, you have 2 hours to contact us.
• After this period, the inventory will be considered accepted.
• If no claim is made within 5 days after your stay, the bank imprint will be automatically cancelled.
• No other form of deposit will be accepted.
• Items and drinks are available via our digital catalogue, accessible during your stay.
• Please honestly declare what you have consumed before your departure.
• Payment for these items is primarily made via the secure payment link sent to you (credit card).
In the event of non-payment after departure, despite a follow-up reminder, we will proceed to charge the amount due directly from the security deposit.
This operation generates fixed banking fees of €12, which will be added to the total retained in order to cover processing costs.
Immediate payment (credit card):
• Booking is instantly registered.
• Final confirmation within 2 hours (after manual review).
Deferred payment (“Other method”):
• Pre-booking option without immediate payment.

Customer cancellation:
• Up to 15 days before arrival: 100% refund
• Less than 15 days before: no refund

Booking changes:
• Possible up to 15 days before arrival.
• Subject to availability: new date or credit valid for 6 months.
Cancellation by Love Horizons (force majeure):
• A new date will be proposed or a full refund issued.
Force majeure cases:
In duly justified cases (serious accident, hospitalization, death of a close relative, extreme weather…), we will review your request with compassion.
You may then be offered:
• A postponed stay (subject to availability),
• Or a credit valid for 6 months from date of issue.
A proof may be requested to validate the exceptional nature of the situation.
• Pets are not allowed, for hygiene and allergy reasons.
• Private parking and building entrance are under video surveillance.
• A 24/7 security team is present in the building (IGH tower).

• Open wounds
Recommendations:
• Remove nicotine patches
• Avoid shaving the same day
• Stay hydrated
• Exit at first signs of discomfort
• Love Horizons declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings.
• Please ensure the main door is locked when leaving the premises.
